sicilian cannoli pic-nic kit

The Cannolo is a very old traditional sicilian recipe. Originali it was prepared first for the Bacchanalian festivals and later for celebrate Carnival. For maintaining this strong characteristic of conviviality and sharing I decided to contextualize my cooker in a picnic scenario, where 4 or more people can prepare cannoli together.

The kit is composed by two parts, the metal oven and a wooden container-table, that are hold together by a leather belt that permits you to carry easily around the whole kit, and to fix it on the backpack of your bike.

Once in use the the wooden container becomes a table separate from the oven. During the preparation each member of the group has a specific role, and is responsible for a specific step of the preparation, to create a relations and exchange in the group.
